IV Infusion Sets
Gravity infusion sets with and without a Y injection port, built around consistent tubing, chamber and connector components.

IV Infusion Sets: built as a system, not a part.
An infusion set has to perform reliably across every component — spike, drip chamber, tubing, roller clamp, injection port and connector. Kyoto's IV set platform is assembled inside its controlled environment with in-process checks placed along the production flow, and is offered with or without a Y injection port for additive medication.
Two configurations
Supplied with or without a Y injection port, so clinicians can choose the set that matches the infusion protocol.
Luer-slip connector with needle
Each set is supplied with a Luer-slip connector and a 21G × 1½" needle.
Cleanroom-controlled assembly
Assembly takes place within Kyoto's controlled medical-device manufacturing environment.
In-process and laboratory quality
Checks are placed within the production flow and supported by in-house laboratory review.

Frequently asked.
The Y injection port allows additional medication to be administered into the infusion line without disconnecting the set. The version without a Y port is used where no additive access is required.
Two: with Y port and without Y port. Both are supplied Luer slip with a 21G × 1½" needle.
Configuration (with / without Y port), expected annual volume, destination markets, packaging requirements and any tender documentation needs.
