- A registered business in Pakistan with a valid tax registration
- Experience distributing medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare products
- The applicable licence to store and distribute medical devices in your territory, or a plan to obtain it
- Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories or institutional buyers
- Suitable, clean and secure storage for medical disposables
- A sales team, or the intent to build one, for the proposed territory
- Financial capacity to hold stock and meet agreed commercial terms
- Commitment to Kyoto's quality, traceability and complaint-handling expectations

You can apply before a licence is in place. A valid licence to store and distribute medical devices in your territory is required before supply begins.
Minimum order quantities and commercial terms are agreed in the dealer agreement, based on territory and product mix.
