Kyoto's disposable syringe platform is built for everyday clinical use where a secure needle connection matters. The Luer-lock hub threads the needle to the barrel, and the barrel, plunger and gasket are produced and assembled inside the same controlled environment used for the auto-disable range.

Barrel, plunger and gasket are produced with close attention to dimensional consistency and fit.
Cleanroom-controlled production

Luer lock threads the needle hub onto the syringe tip for a secured connection; Luer slip relies on a friction fit. Kyoto's 10 ml disposable syringe is supplied with a Luer-lock connection.
