Small components. Serious consequences.
A medical device may be measured in millimetres, but the responsibility behind it is much larger. Material selection, tooling accuracy, environmental control, assembly, inspection, packaging and documentation all have to work as one system. Kyoto Medical was built around that idea: precision should not be added at the end of production. It should be engineered into every stage.
Four families. One production system.

Auto-Disable Syringes
Designed for injection programs where preventing reuse is a critical safety requirement. Molded components, precision assembly, packaging and quality review connect inside one dedicated production environment.

Disposable Syringes
Single-use syringes with a secure Luer-lock needle connection, for general injection, aspiration and preparation workflows in professional settings.

IV Infusion Sets
Infusion administration sets for gravity delivery of fluids, supplied with a Luer-slip connector and 21G × 1½" needle, with or without a Y injection port.

IV Cannulas
Pen-type peripheral IV cannulas in four gauges from 18G to 24G, built around controlled component geometry and repeatable assembly.

Quality is not a checkpoint. It is the system.
Kyoto's in-house quality environment keeps verification close to manufacturing. Observations move back into the production process faster, teams work from shared evidence, and release decisions remain connected to the conditions in which the product was made.

Precision starts before production begins.
Kyoto's sourcing strategy prioritizes medical-grade raw materials and critical production inputs from qualified international supply channels.VERIFY: sourcing language Inside the facility, imported precision machinery and modern automated equipment support the repeatability, throughput and controlled handling expected of serious medical-device production.

Bring us the requirement. We'll help build the production path.
Kyoto works with medical-device companies, healthcare groups, distributors and institutional partners that need more than a supplier. We bring manufacturing, production engineering, quality thinking, packaging and regional capacity into one structured conversation.
Built in Pakistan. Connected across the region.
A flagship production base in Faisalabad, a head office in Karachi and an office in Lahore, supported by a sister manufacturing facility in Thailand. Together, the network gives partners more flexibility in capacity, coordination and regional supply.
