IV Cannulas
A precision-manufactured pen-type cannula platform designed to support consistent peripheral vascular access in professional healthcare settings.

IV Cannulas: built as a system, not a part.
Reliable vascular access depends on product consistency at a very small scale. Kyoto's IV cannula platform is built around controlled catheter, hub and needle geometry, careful assembly and a manufacturing system designed to connect production with in-house quality review. The pen-type range covers four gauges for adult, paediatric and fragile-vein applications.
Four gauges, standard colour coding
18G, 20G, 22G and 24G, colour-coded to the international convention so clinicians can identify size at a glance.
Controlled component geometry
Catheter, hub and needle components are manufactured to support consistent fit and function across production lots. Individual feature claims will be confirmed against the approved design.
Cleanroom-controlled assembly
Assembly takes place within Kyoto's controlled medical-device manufacturing environment.
In-process and laboratory quality
Checks are placed within the production flow and supported by in-house laboratory review.
Configurations currently manufactured.
As supplied by the Kyoto product team. Dimensions in inches with millimetre equivalents.

Frequently asked.
Four pen-type configurations: 18G × 1¼" (32 mm), 20G × 1¼" (32 mm), 22G × 1" (25 mm) and 24G × ¾" (19 mm).
Cannula hubs follow the international colour convention — green for 18G, pink for 20G, blue for 22G and yellow for 24G — so size can be confirmed visually before insertion.
