Auto-Disable Syringes
Single-use injection devices manufactured around controlled component production, repeatable assembly and disciplined quality review.

Auto-Disable Syringes: built as a system, not a part.
Auto-disable syringes are designed for immunization and injection programs where reuse prevention is essential. Kyoto's platform is manufactured through a controlled process that connects molded components, precision assembly, packaging and quality review inside a dedicated medical-device production environment.
Single-use safety architecture
The device is designed around an auto-disable mechanism intended to prevent reuse after the prescribed injection cycle. The exact mechanism description will match the approved product design and IFU.
Controlled component manufacture
Critical molded parts are produced with close attention to component consistency and assembly fit.
Cleanroom-controlled production
Assembly takes place within Kyoto's controlled medical-device manufacturing environment.
In-house quality integration
Production and QA teams work within the same manufacturing system, keeping inspection and feedback close to the line.
Scalable supply
The production platform is designed to support repeatable manufacturing as partner demand grows.
