Six stages. One controlled system.

From material input to final release, Kyoto's Faisalabad facility is designed so that each stage of production feeds evidence to the next — and quality sits inside the flow rather than at the end of it.

  1. 01

    Material input

Selected medical-grade materials and critical inputs sourced through qualified international supply channels.

  2. 02

    Precision molding

Controlled production of critical polymer components — barrels, plungers, hubs, chambers — using modern molding equipment with attention to dimensional consistency.

  3. 03

    Cleanroom assembly

Automated and precision assembly inside a disciplined controlled environment designed around medical-device production.

  4. 04

    In-process quality

Checks integrated into production to identify variation close to its source, so observations move back into the process quickly.

  5. 05

    Packaging + labelling

Primary and secondary packaging, printing and labelling integrated into the production flow, so identification is controlled from the line onwards.

  6. 06

    Final quality + release

Documented quality review and laboratory verification before approved product moves to dispatch.

Facility capabilities

What the Faisalabad facility brings together.

Every capability below is supported by company material. Floor area, capacity figures and cleanroom classification are provided during technical review.

  • Injection molding

    Critical polymer components produced in-house.

  • Cleanroom-controlled production

Assembly in a controlled environment. Cleanroom classification stated on request.

  • Automated assembly

    Precision and automated assembly equipment.

  • Imported precision machinery

    Modern production and inspection equipment.

  • In-house QA laboratory

Testing, inspection and process assurance close to the line.

  • Packaging facility

Primary and secondary packaging on site.

  • Printing & labelling

Artwork and identification per approved specification.

  • Purpose-built facility

Designed for medical-device production from the ground up.

Regional capacity

A second production base in Thailand.

Kyoto has acquired a production facility in Thailand with capacity comparable to Faisalabad, ready to be operational. For partners it creates a foundation for regional planning under a single commercial relationship.
